Brian Kruse is seeking justice after a violent assault left him injured on the premises of a business in Pinellas County, Florida. On February 18, 2026, Kruse filed a complaint against Parth Enterprises USA Inc. in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, alleging negligence on the part of the defendant.

The incident occurred on September 1, 2025, when Kruse was at a store operated by Parth Enterprises USA Inc., located at 1750 34th Street South, St. Petersburg. As a lawful business invitee, Kruse claims that he was criminally assaulted due to the defendant’s failure to provide adequate security measures. The complaint outlines that Parth Enterprises USA Inc. had a duty to ensure the safety of its patrons and failed to do so despite being aware of the high crime area surrounding their premises.

Kruse’s legal team argues that Parth Enterprises USA Inc. neglected its responsibility by not implementing necessary security protocols or hiring sufficient security personnel to protect its customers from foreseeable criminal acts. The complaint highlights several instances where similar violent crimes had occurred in or around the premises prior to Kruse’s assault, suggesting that the defendant should have anticipated such risks and taken preventive action.

In his lawsuit, Kruse accuses Parth Enterprises USA Inc. of multiple acts of negligence including failing to warn patrons about potential dangers, not providing visible security presence, and lacking adequate security policies and procedures. These failures allegedly led to Kruse suffering significant bodily injuries which required medical treatment and resulted in lost wages and ongoing physical and emotional distress.

Kruse is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for his injuries and losses caused by what he claims was preventable negligence on behalf of Parth Enterprises USA Inc. He demands a jury trial to determine fair compensation for his suffering and seeks accountability from the corporation for their alleged lapses in ensuring customer safety.

Representing Brian Kruse is Joseph A. Kopacz from Morgan & Morgan P.A., a board-certified civil trial lawyer based in Palm Harbor, Florida. The case has been assigned Case Number: 26-001087-CI.
