A Davenport resident, Alexis Irnel Cintron Victoria, also known as “Gordo,” has been indicted for possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine. The announcement was made by United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe.
If convicted, Cintron Victoria could face a mandatory minimum sentence of five years and up to 40 years in federal prison. The indictment further states that the United States seeks to forfeit any assets involved in the offense.
Court records indicate that on November 6, 2025, officers from the Lakeland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Cintron Victoria. During the stop, a K-9 unit detected narcotics inside the vehicle. Officers discovered a brick-shaped package hidden under a false bottom in the center console, which tested positive for cocaine.
The statement notes: “An indictment is merely a formal charge that a defendant has committed one or more violations of federal criminal law, and every defendant is presumed innocent unless, and until, proven guilty.”
The investigation was led by the Drug Enforcement Administration with support from the Sarasota Police Department and the Lakeland Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Jeff Chang will prosecute the case.
