Judge Sherri Collins to receive Distinguished Jurist Award in Palm Beach County

Judge Sherri Collins will be honored with the Distinguished Jurist Award by the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, according to a March 11 announcement. The award will be presented at the Justice Pariente Judicial Reception on April 6.

The recognition highlights Judge Collins’s contributions to the legal community and her service on the bench. The Distinguished Jurist Award is given to judges who demonstrate excellence and commitment in their judicial roles.

Judge Collins was appointed to the County Court Bench in 2016 by Governor Rick Scott. She currently serves in the Trial Division.

The upcoming reception provides an opportunity for members of the legal profession and community to acknowledge Judge Collins’s achievements and dedication.

Looking ahead, Judge Collins’s recognition may inspire other members of the judiciary and legal professionals within Palm Beach County.
