A new form titled “Notice of Objection to Claim in Related Case” has been introduced following a review by the Local Rules Committee. The committee noted that this form, referenced in Local Rule 1015-1(C)(3)(c), was previously missing from available resources.

Chief Judge Karen K. Specie approved the new form, which is now accessible on the Forms page of the court’s website and through the Local Rules Links table. It can also be found in both PDF and webpage versions of Local Rule 1015-1. According to guidance, the “Notice of Objection to Claim in Related Case” should be filed in the Lead Case.
