Tampa attorney Paige A. Greenlee has been elected as President-elect Designate of The Florida Bar, according to a Mar. 17 announcement.
Greenlee will be sworn in at the Annual Florida Bar Convention on June 19, when current President-elect Michael Fox Orr becomes president. She is set to serve as president for the 2027-28 Bar year.
Greenlee received 7,244 votes, defeating fellow Board of Governors member Jeffrey Rynor, who garnered 4,583 votes. The recent balloting also determined one Board of Governors race and three Young Lawyers Division races. Adam JTW White of Pensacola won Seat 1 in the First Circuit on The Florida Bar Board of Governors, while Robert J. Becerra and Vanessa Vasquez de Lara will compete in a runoff for the 11th Circuit’s Seat 5 beginning March 21 and ending April 7.
A graduate of Emory University School of Law in 2000, Greenlee is a sole practitioner with Greenlee Law, PLLC. Her campaign highlighted her two decades of professional service, including leadership roles such as president of the Bar’s Young Lawyers Division and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. She has served six years on the Executive Committee and chaired or co-chaired several key board committees.
Greenlee’s platform emphasized access to justice and court efficiency, professionalism, civility and ethics, responsible use of technology, sustainability for solo and small-firm practitioners, and preserving judicial independence.
