A local resident has filed a lawsuit against a business entity, claiming negligence after sustaining injuries on their premises. Nathan Weber lodged the complaint in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, on October 15, 2025, against 3 AFK Investments, LLC, which operates under the name Rosery Mobil.

The case centers around an incident that occurred on January 27, 2025. On this date, Nathan Weber visited the premises of Rosery Mobil as a business invitee. According to the complaint, while inside the establishment located at 1403 Clearwater Largo Road in Largo, Florida, Weber slipped on a puddle of water that was concealed by a rag near the cash register. This slip resulted in significant personal injuries for Weber. The plaintiff asserts that 3 AFK Investments had both actual and constructive knowledge of this hazardous condition but failed to address it or warn patrons adequately.

Weber’s legal action accuses 3 AFK Investments of multiple breaches of duty. These include failing to maintain safe premises, not warning about dangerous conditions present on their property, and neglecting to train employees properly to manage such hazards. The lawsuit highlights specific allegations like “negligently failing to maintain or adequately maintain the store flooring” and “negligently creating a slipping hazard.” Furthermore, it claims that these oversights led directly to Weber’s injuries which encompass pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish among other damages.

The plaintiff is seeking compensation exceeding $50,000 for his injuries and losses. He requests judgment for damages including medical expenses and loss of earnings due to his inability to work following the accident. Additionally, he demands a jury trial for all issues so triable under Florida law.

Representing Nathan Weber is attorney Blake R. Carl from Morgan & Morgan P.A., based in St. Petersburg. The case has been assigned Case Number: 25-005784-CI and will be presided over by judges from the Circuit Court of Pinellas County.
