A Florida resident has taken legal action against a condominium association and its management company, alleging negligence after suffering a severe fall. Pazmino asserts that these oversights directly led to her injuries which include bodily harm resulting in pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of enjoyment of life’s activities, medical expenses for treatment and care as well as loss of earnings potential. She contends that these damages are permanent or ongoing and will continue into the future.
The plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages exceeding $50,000 from each defendant along with taxable costs and interest.
