U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Northern District of Florida reschedules CM/ECF system upgrade

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida has postponed scheduled maintenance on its Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system. The upgrade to NextGen 1.9 will now take place starting at 1:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, March 7th, with the system expected to be offline until Sunday, March 8th.

The court had initially planned to perform the maintenance on February 28th but has cancelled that date. The CM/ECF system will remain available on February 28th as usual.

The Bryan Simpson United States Courthouse in Jacksonville is temporarily closed due to flooding from a water leak. All proceedings are affected until repairs allow reopening. Updates will be provided online.
