The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida has announced that its Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. The outage is set to begin at 1:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, February 28, as the court upgrades its system to NextGen 1.9. Access to the CM/ECF platform is expected to resume on Sunday, March 1.

Court officials have advised users to plan accordingly and complete any necessary filings before the scheduled downtime.
